Keith Lewis, MBA

Keith is the president of VeraSpark Consulting, a facilitation, training and coaching company based in Austin, Texas since 2001. 

Keith focuses on: 

• Collective and individual leadership and executive development assessments and coaching systems
• Facilitation of simulations or accelerated learning designed training programs covering strategic planning, teamwork, feedback, culture, partnerships and more
• Contract facilitation of client designed programs or interventions

With Accenture, Keith cultivated his knowledge in organization development, corporate culture and organizational communication. Keith also helped grow Eagle’s Flight, a global experiential training company, as a Vice President of Business Development, adding over $3.5 million in sales and delivering hundreds of programs.

Keith earned his BA in Education from Northwestern University and a MBA from The University of Texas. He has a certification in The Leadership Circle 360 Profile and Culture Survey, Accelerated Learning Design and Delivery, various business simulations, and is a graduate of Corporate Coach University.

Keith’s recent clients include Phillips 66, Tokyo Electron, Advanced Micro Devices, Freescale Semiconductor, Notre Dame’s EMBA program, Shell E&P and Shell Services, Baker Hughes, Luminex Corporation, Leadership Austin, Caremark Pharmaceuticals, Brinker International, The Business Leadership Center at SMU’s Cox School of Business, The McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, Heritage Health Services and the Stagen Leadership Institute. 

Finally, Keith is proud that: he’s been married for almost 20 years, he has 3 wonderful kids, he served as Willie the Wildcat for Northwestern University for four years and as Bennie the Bull for the Chicago Bulls for two seasons.
