Sheila Buechler is in the business of change. For 25 years, she has co-created change in organizations and with dynamic leaders who are deeply motivated to make a difference. Sheila specializes in activating leaders to create effective, impactful and powerful business and leadership results.

Sheila has an MBA from Harvard Business School and has trained with top tier management consulting firms including Bain and Company and boutique firms including A.T. Kearney, in addition to leading LaunchBox, her executive coaching and leadership development practice. She has facilitated change with companies ranging from Fortune 500s to national and local non-profits to start ups, and her industry experience includes healthcare, financial services, technology, and manufacturing. Sheila has advised executives on many aspects of their businesses including leadership effectiveness, strategy, system dynamics, operational efficiency, and change management. 

Sheila partners with clients to quickly identify and triage the most important issues, and pairs this focus with wisdom gained from years of leading change efforts in diverse environments.
