Pod Program for Coaches

Unique semi-private coaching program. Using my model of the inner work of mastering enrollment, your peer pod will work through the enrollment process over the course of 4 months. Here’s what your experience will look like.

• The heart of the program will be 6 calls coaching calls with your 2-3 person pod, 90 minutes each. (9 hours of small group coaching time.) In these session, I will coach you through your barriers and opportunities to do the inner work of mastering enrollment.

• You will have assignments to complete after after each call, both individually and as a peer group. This will include some of the outer work of enrolling clients (e.g. having exploratory conversations with people you know) as well as reflection and practice with your pod peers.

• Your peer pod will have 6-8 calls, at least 60 minutes each during the span of the program. During these calls, you will practice with each other and share observations and reflections.

Program fee: $1,500 per person.

Half day Intensive for Coaches

In this intensive, you will uncover the powerful commitment that will support you through this enrollment journey and have a felt sense of your longing for it. You’ll also learn more about what holds you back. Available in person or virtually (via Zoom). After a recent intensive, the client said “I’m blown away by how deep and impactful that one morning together was!”

4 hours, intensive 1:1 coaching

Program fee: $1,600  (a special “coaches only” rate, discounted from my usual fee for intensives).
