Dan Morman

Dan has over 25 years of coaching, consulting, and management experience with improving results in Leadership Development, Strategy Development, Business Process Reengineering, and Cultural Transformation.

He works closely with senior leaders to help them meet the challenges of building sustainable long-term profit, growth, and organizational capacity. Much of this work centers on growing new capacity to lead and influence their organization in these times of greater complexity, uncertainty, and time compression. This work often includes the deeper purpose, satisfaction and life balance issues that affect these efforts. Dan has led many successful efforts in Strategic Planning, Business Process Design, High Performance Teams, and the successful implementation of change.

Dan has also co-developed and leads the Next-Level Leadership Program™, a year long, transformational experience for senior leaders. He also teaches courses in Leadership and Self Deception, Inciting Excellence: Coaching Skills for Leaders, Integral Change and Spiral Dynamics and Building Business Acumen. Several of his programs licensed to firms offering them widely in the US and Canada.

Prior to becoming a consultant and coach, Dan served as Manager of Industrial Engineering for a 3,000 person Division of R. R. Donnelley (Printing and Media Replication) where he and his staff planned and justified major capital improvements and planned new facilities in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Later Dan led the new information systems development for a group of Divisions, which included the redesign of key business processes to create a platform of “next generation” technology solutions.
