She has facilitated change with companies ranging from Fortune 500s to national and local non-profits to start ups, and her industry experience includes healthcare, financial services, technology, and manufacturing. Sheila has advised executives on many aspects of their businesses including leadership effectiveness, strategy, system dynamics, operational efficiency, and change management.
